Seafood & Italian is our passion, freshness is our mission and service is our commitment. We serve fresh-made Italian food, fresh cut steaks, and both local and imported seafood. Many of our recipes and dishes are authentic and made by our certified chef, Christian DiCarlo. Customer favorites include our house-made salad dressings, meatballs & spaghetti, ribeye steaks, seafood sauces, soups & gumbos.

Our Story
DiCarlo’s Food & Spirits is located in Maurepas, Louisiana on the Amite River Diversion Canal. We are your destination restaurant as we offer fresh seafood, fresh-cut steaks and delicious Italian dishes. You can sit at our many river view tables or booths or in one of our larger gathering rooms – the Waterfront Room or the Swamp Room.
